Develi Kebap that was established in Gaziantep in 1912 has been serving different tastes, formerly from Gaziantep from Aegean, Mediterranen ,Middle East , Anatolia environs with great care in Smatya for 36 years.Exprience and discipline of three generations caried Develi kitchen to top.
Dishes from southeast Anatolia, which are traditionally more spicy than those from the west of the country, are the specialty here, at one of the oldest and best kebab restaurants in Istanbul (established in 1912). Also expect great views across the Marmara. Try the patlican kebap (kebab with eggplants) or the fistikli kebap (kebab with pistachios). AE, MC, V.
favorite Istanbul restaurant--Develi, down by Kocamustafapasa Train stop (slightly west of Kumkapi). The best mezes and kebabs I have found. It has a rooftop dining area with a great view of the Sea of Marmara
