Konya Lezzet Restaurant. There were only 4 tables and 16 chairs in this gracious place.the owner was Ahmet DOYURAN who was also a very skilful cook. The master of turkish cuisine that is how story began;the story of 'Konya Lezzet Restaurant' or what is now called Konyali.the next hero of thr story was Hadji Mustafa DOGANBEY. In a short time Konyali became extremely famous for its outstanding cusine and freshness of it's food.through the succesful contribution of Nuretin DOGANBEY from the third generation of the family,the fame of Konyali spread all over Turkiye and world. Konyali has become know to many kings, queens, presidents, prime ministers, princes and princesses. a number of foreign government officials and well known artists got acquinted with Turkish cuisine through Konyali.
